Fulfilment Policy of Digital Media on Yummyzine/Plus

The website, yummyzine.com/plus, is a digital site that provides male beauty photography and videos to subscribed members who purchased an access right. Freedom Media B.V. trading as YummyPlus will provide one access right to access the site and its materials for which a Subscriber (the “Subscriber”) is purchasing a subscription.

All membership content, including photo galleries, behind-the-scenes videos, digital magazines, are available to active members through the site.

New content is added on a regular basis — typically every Friday, unless otherwise noted.

The site also offers additional in-site pay-to-unlock feature, in which active members can choose to use for access to premium additional content.

When purchasing pay-per-view content:

Charges for services provided by yummyzine.com/plus will be billed by Freedom Media B.V. trading as YummyPlus. Charges made by yummyzine.com/plus or its affiliated billing entities will appear on the Subscriber's credit card or bank statement under YummyPlus. This descriptor will always be identifiable as related to the Subscriber's subscription to Yummyzine.com/plus. Subscribers are advised to note this descriptor to easily recognise charges related to their subscription.

Upon initial enrolment for a subscription to the Website, Subscribers are subjected to periodic subscription fees, detailed at the time of enrolment. We offer a monthly subscription, 6 months or yearly. The Subscriber agrees to be responsible for these fees as per the Website’s Terms of services.

We accept all major credit cards, and payments are processed in UK £ (GBP), Euros and or US dollars (USD).

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the original term for a subsequent period of the same duration, at a similar fee, unless a cancellation notice is received from the Subscriber 24 hours prior to renewal of terms.

The Subscriber must actively cancel their subscription to avoid automatic renewal charges. 

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by going to their account settings and clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button. The subscription will remain active until the end of the 30-day term, at which point it will automatically end.

By agreeing to these terms, the Subscriber authorises Freedom Media B.V. to charge their chosen payment method for ongoing subscription fees and any additional purchases of services or materials on the Site. This authorization remains effective until the Subscriber cancels it in line with the website’s terms.

To access certain portions of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the account creation process. You also agree to maintain the accuracy of any submitted data. If you provided any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate your account and suspend your use of any and all services. You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your account password and will notify us of any known or suspected unauthorised use of your account. You agree that you are responsible for all acts or omissions that occur on your account while your password is being used.

Your account on Yummyplus, accessible via your Yummyplus login is different, and are kept separate to an account on Yummyzine.com.

All Yummyplus Materials, digital products are the copyrighted property of Freedom Media B.V. or its licensors, and all trademarks, service marks, and trade names contained in the Yummyplus Materials are proprietary to Freedom Media B.V. or its licensors.

This cutting edge technology gives us the ability to identify what subscriber is associated with the publishing, transmitting, sending, or distributing of any material from Yummyplus, Freedom Media B.V.

Subscriber’s account breaking this trademark usage rule will be immediately terminated without refund. Yummyplus, Freedom Media B.V. reserve the right to prosecute any breaches of these terms

You have the right to terminate your use of our Website and delete your account at any time and for any or no reason. We may terminate your access to or use of the Website at any time without prior notice if you violate any of the Terms of services or take any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, and termination of your account will be in addition to any other remedies we may have in law or equity.
