As with us all, we have been effected by Covid... and now feeling the effects of Brexit (the UK leaving the EU). This could have and effect on getting your order packed up and how long it may take to get to you. International orders are taking up to a week longer than usual.Your support and patience is greatly appreciated.
Has my order been sent yet?
If you have ordered a pre-order, it depends on the date stated we will receive your magazine from the printers. Do get in touch if you are unsure of that date or have any questions. Emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other orders it is taking about 3 working days, however most get packed up sooner.
You will know when the item has been packed, as you will get an email confirmation. Our couriers collect from us every working day, so if you have a dispatch email and the tracking is showing that your order is still with us, that means your order will be collected the next available working day.
Where can I find my tracking number? Why does my tracking number not work?
If you have selected for your order to be shipped with tracking, you will have an email sent to you with your tracking number.You can also register for an account, meaning you can then sign into your profile on Yummy and see the latest order status.
We really recommend shipping with tracking as we then can make a claim if things go wrong and get a replacement order out to you. If you opt for no tracking , sadly we cannot offer a replacement.
My order has not been received within the estimated delivery time?
Orders shipped internationally using Royal Mail have seen significant delays. Mainly due to Covid, working on a reduced workforce.
As of now, we have started to see these orders filter through to their destination. If your order is one of these, rest assured it is not lost and it will get to you. Annoyingly it could take up to 30 working days for this situation to right its self. Any orders not received during 30 working days can be investigated, but we cannot make claims, refunds or send replacements during that time. We have now added in other shipping options that offer an end to end service, with no partner postal service delivering in your country. These are UPS and Fedex.
Shipping to the EU
An unfortunate side effect of Brexit is that some destinations in Europe now require that taxes and duty are paid before the order can be delivered. If you are in the EU, please check these estimated rates before you check out as this is adding unexpected costs to your order. If you would like us to include these taxes and possible duty in your order, please let us know before making your purchase.
