You will own how Yummy operates across ecommerce, digital subscriptions, and fulfilment — and be directly responsible for performance, execution and revenue impact.
If something is broken, leaking revenue, or slowing growth — it is yours to fix.

End-to-end operations across:

- Ecommerce (yummyzine.com)
- Digital members club (Yummy+)
- Print production, packaging and fulfilment
- Warehouse and customer service teams

- Operational data, reporting and performance insight
- Content operations supporting daily publishing
- Operational legal processes (releases, enforcement workflows)

End-to-end operations across:

You will be accountable for:

- Shopify store performance (core revenue engine)
- Yummy+ subscription flow (conversion + retention)
- Paid traffic performance (Meta + Google, working with partners)
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO across the funnel)
- Fulfilment, customer experience & operations
- Launch execution (products, drops, campaigns)
- Content Creation flows

- Agency & Marketplace account managers
- Strategy-only candidates
- People who “coordinate” but don’t execute. This is a hands-on operator with real authority.

What You’ll Actually Do Week to Week

- Fix broken flows (checkout, subscriptions, UX)
- Improve conversion across pages and products
- Work with paid ads data to improve performance
- Launch products, drops and campaigns properly
- Solve operational issues before they escalate
- Keep fulfilment + customer experience running cleanly
- Ensuring our content strategy is implemented, converts and is measured
You don’t need to code — but you must understand how ecommerce actually works.

- Hands-on operator (not theoretical)
- Comfortable in messy environments
- Strong problem solver
- Commercially aware
- Calm under pressure
BRAND POSITIONING
Yummy publishes luxury erotic art centred on the male nude. You must be completely comfortable working with explicit content — and aligned with a bold, premium brand.
LOCATION & SALARY
- Remote role
- If you are in the UK or the Netherlands, we can meet regularly
