Buying the latest Yummy Issue
How it works.
We print a new Yummy issue twice a year, Winter (End of December), Summer (Mid July). We open a waitlist for a new issue before it is printed.
All waitlist orders are held in line and shipped in the order they are received.
Existing Subscriptions are shipped first, then waitlist orders. This process from when we receive the printed issues takes about 3-4 weeks.
When the waitlist is closed and the issue is on general release, we ship orders in the order they were received.
Once all the waitlist orders are sent it can take 1-2 weeks to send a current issue copy.
Outside these key times of the year, we ship orders within 3 working days of receiving them, in UK office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm)

Has my order been sent yet?
If you have ordered on the waitlist, it depends on the date stated we will receive your magazine from the printers. Do get in touch if you are unsure of that date or have any
questions. Use the form below to get in touch or email email@example.com
For all other orders it is taking about 3 working days, however most get packed up sooner.
You will know when the item has been packed, as you will get an email with your shipping and tracking confirmation. Our couriers collect from every working day, so if you have a dispatch email and the tracking is showing that the item is still with us, that means your order will be collected the next available working day.
Where can I find my tracking number? Why does my tracking number not work?
All orders are shipped with tracking, you will have an email sent to you with your tracking number. If you have missed this, please use this form and we will send you your tracking details.
You can also register for an account, meaning you can then sign into your profile on Yummy and see the latest order status.
We recommend following your tracking carefully and making sure you are home when delivery happens, it makes life a lot easier for everyone. If you are not in, they will leave your item in a safe place.
My order has not been received within the estimated delivery time?
Orders shipped internationally using UPS and DPD usually this can take between 3-7 days depending on customs clearance.
If your order hasn't been received please contact us immediately. Any orders not received within 3 working days cannot be investigated, claimed for and refunded or replaced.
Some international countries (Brazil, Mexico, Canada for example) require that taxes and duty are paid before the order can be delivered. You need to keep tracking your order, as the courier will email you or text you to pay these duties before delivery can happen. Shipping to the EU
An unfortunate side effect of Brexit is that some destinations in Europe now require that taxes and duty are paid before the order can be delivered. You need to keep tracking your order, as the courier will email you or text you to pay these duties before delivery can happen.
